Mr. Taylor is a partner in 3.5.7.11, a holding company that creates by building high-performing and inclusive businesses leveraging its corporate partnerships, relationships with leaders, deep operating experience, and values-based culture. He previously co-founded Centinela Capital Partners (CCP) where he led $1 billion in private equity fund investment along with his partners, oversaw all aspects of investment and other firm processes, and created the Fundamental Private Equity Investor® strategy and tool set. Mr. Taylor continues as CCP’s President and CEO.

Mr. Taylor began his career and was formerly a partner at McKinsey & Company, where, during his eleven-year tenure, he gained extensive experience improving the performance of large, complex, for-profit, and not-for-profit enterprises. He distinguished himself as a highly valued counselor of chief executives and senior executive teams, with a track record of helping such executives dramatically improve their respective companies’ operations.

Mr. Taylor’s body of work has led to service on more than two-dozen corporate and nonprofit boards. He currently serves on the Board of the Aspiriant Trust (RMEAX, RMMBX, RMDFX, RMTBX) and as Chairman of the California State University, Northridge (CSUN) Foundation Board. His past board service includes Frontier Airlines (FRNT), National Urban League (including service as Senior Vice Chairman), Los Angeles Urban League, California Science Center, Stanford Graduate School of Business Management Board, Stanford Law School Board of Visitors.

Mr. Taylor earned a B.S. in engineering, summa cum laude, from CSUN, a J.D. from Stanford Law School, and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. In 2016, Mr. Taylor was honored as a Distinguished Alumnus of CSUN.

Mr. Taylor and his wife, Joy, are proud parents of three adult daughters, Maria, Miranda, and Jessica.
